They would make fine looking mounts and a lot of meat there. Great job.

Grain fed whitetail, I did not get any from those, but, a friend brought me some shoulder steak and it was good fried slowly in Italian bread crumbs.

Just as a note, those cow oryx were about 450 lbs.
