The best tactical shotgun ammo money can buy!
Some items have new quantity discounts available.

We have the LE (law enforcement) shotgun ammo from Federal now available to the public.

Federal Premium has turned shotshell technology 180 degrees with the new FLITECONTROL Wad. This exciting and innovative shotshell system delivers the tightest buckshot patterns available for law enforcement—all without expensive barrel alterations or aftermarket choke tubes. Tactical Buckshot also features copper-plated shot and recoil reduction that, when combined with the FLITECONTROL wad, result in the most dependable and predictable pattern performance available. Tactical also features a solid brass head for reliable function—not brass-plated steel that can swell and cause extraction issues. To top it off, all Federal Tactical Shotshell offerings are loaded with the unique and famous, Basic-Lead Styphnate 202 primer. Federal Premium Tactical Buckshot is offered in reduced recoil 8 and 9 pellet 00, and a full power 9 pellet 00 for semi-automatic shotguns. New Tactical Buckshot featuring FLITECONTROL transforms the most basic police shotgun into a precision shooting tool.

It's well over $1 a round for the high end stuff. More like $3 a round.

Re: High-End Buckshot

The spendy, premium stuff is worth it for patrol car shotguns. Within the confines of my home, plain old buckshot works great.

I'm talking about buying it at my local a box of 5 at a time. Not buying it by the case.

Re: High-End Buckshot

You can stock a good bit of ammo just buying a few box's here and ther. I did that for my 16 ga ended up with over 500 rounds for it. Got everything from bird shot to buck shot. Have a few slugs as well. I didn't break the bank doing it either. A person can do the same for any gauge your into.

That's what I've done with the 12 gauge, Snuffy.

Re: High-End Buckshot

I just roll my own...if I need buck or slugs, I buy a few, but don't normally shoot them, so they tend to accumulate.

Re: High-End Buckshot

I've used that stuff and it shoots groups instead of patterns. I found some at a gunshow for 4 or 5 bucks a box. It's what's in and on my gun as we speak.

Re: High-End Buckshot

I seem to buy in bulk a lot. Back after the current administration took over and handgun ammo was scarce for awhile, I purchased several boxes of Federal 00 Buck.
