A 1858 New Army Pietta copy of the Remington cap and ball revolver. This one will be at least the 3rd one I have owned over the years. Actually, I think it will be the 4th, as I am pretty sure I have owned two Pietta made ones and a Uberti. I buy em, play with em a while, and sell em. This one is on sale ($100 cheaper than Midway!) and Cabelas has free shipping on orders over a $150. Just got a $100 bonus from work for the machine gun shoot, so it really is not costing me much. They are so much fun to shoot. I like the Remington copies much better than the Colt copies. I have owned a couple of the Colts and the caps will get down in the hammer and tie up the gun, and they seem to want to get out of time real bad. Never had any problems with the Remington guns, and they are much stronger, having a top strap. I already got all the stuff to load it with, so now I just got to wait on the big brown truck of happiness.

You read the post John, but didn't bother to look and see who posted it.

Tim, I've thought about getting one of them a million times. I just figure it'll be something else to eat up my money. Have fun with it and post some pics when you get it.
