interesting............... in TX, a cap and ball revolver is not considered a "muzzle loading" firearm and is therefore not legal during black powder season............... but as far as i know, they have done away with black powder only season......at least in my area |

They are modern guns in my book and should be shot in reg season anyway . Here in Tn they are letting everyone use crossbows and or scoped in archery season too . They are ruining BP and archery season anyway so , with all this modern crap so why not just drop the seasons .  |
