Re: Deep Cover Pistol...Remember?

The proverbial $2.00 pistol. It came with a non-text instruction sheet of pictures showing how to operate it. A clever idea to help resistance fighters get a better weapon from the enemy.

We have 4 of those pistols in stock. A $2 pistol that now will cost ya $500! For a reproduction.

I thought that I read somewhere that they don’t recommend that you shoot it much .

Re: Deep Cover Pistol...Remember?

It doesn't look like like anything I'd want to shoot too much.

Re: Deep Cover Pistol...Remember?

...they'd drop them behind Nazi lines where the French Resistance could pick them up...kill a Jerry and get a better weapon off him...with no bore restriction, they were probably good for the ten rounds that came in them...how much they were used or to what extent they served their purpose...who knows...
...in times of dire need, a poor weapon will suffice to acquire a better one...and therein lies the lesson...

...one would hope that the French saved them for next time...but folks don't often learn their lesson that well in one session...

It might be fun to watch the scum who fear armed citizens, gang members and politicians, scurrying out of DC.
