Re: more infor needed on Tx gun law

Here is 3 places I have to put a gun .

I normal keep my soda or water bottle next to dist . NO the eng don't get hot , the rad is in the back is where the heat is . I can't leave it there if I'm not on trike . So it must be moved when stopped , but I can get to it when riding down the road .

Behind the fuse box a lock box could be put , but both seats need to be tip forward to get to it ...

I can put a shotgun or pistol in the box with a ton of ammo , but I must be stopped to get to it .

Re: more infor needed on Tx gun law

It's expensive to get the permit there? How much time are we talking about?

Re: more infor needed on Tx gun law

$139 for the class...which an idiot could pass without studying....one long Sunday with a lunch break...$140 for the state...gets you 5 years...or maybe 4 and the renewal's 5...the hardest part's the 60-90 day wait...they stay backed up but they crank 'em out as fast as they can...long as it don't come up in the background check that he knows us...oughta be fine...where I go gives you a Glock 9mm to qualify with...if you can pee on your own boots you can qualify...

It's about the same setup here Sheepdog, but the turn around time is about 30-60 days.

It's $12 if it's an automatic, with twin barrels.

Not too low. You'll be wishing for the bullet if the breeze shifts.
