...where in the world did you find the LSWHP+P that cheap??? Last I got 3 years ago was $28.50/50...Remington(softest lead of all the brands)...since then I haven't SEEN them...haven't searched online since last year... I, too, bought a 20-rd box of the Gold Dot short barrel loads...didn't fire any yet...but I carry the lead ones in mine...the Gold Dots were for my 17-year-old's 3'' .38...

I got the 20 rd box of speers at "sportco" (big warehouse type outdoor store) for about $25.

I got the 50 rd boxes of federal 158gr lswchp +p at "surplus ammo" (local gunstore in lakewood, wa) for <$15. I was shocked when I saw the price, especially since this was at the height of the ammo shortage. So I bought a half dozen boxes (down to my last box and a half now). They have guns for sale, but their main focus seems to be ammo and reloading components. They were just about the only place I could find ammo and primers back during the shortage.

...awesome on the +ps....I called and all they had in Rem was lead round nose....bummer....they are nice, though...
