Just bought this one. Didn't even put it on lay a way! Got it for $250 straight up. I think I did OK on that! I do wish it was a .357, but alas, it is chambered for .38 Special. But, as I have a couple thousand .38s loaded up right now, I think I know what I will be shooting for awhile. ![]() |

...my last one cost me $350...that's a a great price...if I had one, I'd pull out my Packy Compacs for a Speed Six and change the butt to round butt...more concealable and comfortable...got two sets waitin' for a coupla Speed Sixes...someday...

I have a set of off brand rubber grips that I put on it. They are OK, but I just ordered some Hogues. I really prefer Hogues to any other brand of grip I have ever tried. When I get those two other guns out of lay a way, I will have the most DA revolvers than I have ever owned at one time. I got to stop buying all this stuff. I can't justify it, or afford it! |

that's a nice one............i always prefered the design change ones with the "dish" cut in the right side of the recoil shield.......that way i don't have to worry about getting one with the old style grip frame......that no after-market grips are available for...........easier to do that than be constantly checking the serial number range..........even though there are a few years in there with the old frame and new grip.
