Re: Winchester APEX 50 cal black powder.

It never ceases to amaze me how many idiots own guns. After working at the range for a couple years now, nothing surprises me anymore. I am not for gun control, by any means, but I do sometimes think these people should have to take a course of some kind. There are people that come to the range and rent guns that have never even touched a gun before. Scary as hell. I wish we would not rent out guns for that reason, among other reasons too. Might cut down on some of the boss' profit, but it would be better than someone going out on the range and accidentally shooting someone too!

Re: Winchester APEX 50 cal black powder.

yep.............that is why we get the ruger "billboards" on the guns with warnings to read the manual first............

gun safety courses do sound like a good idea. But some States take it i have heard to the extreme such as california. don't know the truth but have read that safety courses are required and that they cost money.........when it starts costing money and requiring a permit just to buy then it starts to sound like it is a violation of "shall not infringe".
