When Crimson Trace first came out with there grips for the Bull Dog I got a set from them the week they were released. Will I put the Bull Dog up for about two weeks. Went back got it out and the red dot did not work, I thought the batters were dead after all the batters were at lest two years old, still did not work. I sent them in to be repaired. I have no idea what was wrong with the old ones, but Crimson sent me a new set at no charge!!! That’s Good customer service!
