Cruelshoes

In this old thread (http://www.gunnerforum.com/forum/vie...9&hilit=+karma) Jim showed us his beautiful die job on my old brown holster.

I want to know how to do this. I am assuming that it can be done without creating something that will mess up a gun's finish. I prefer black leather by far, and it seems like I cannot find a decent black leather holster for my Blackhawk. I also would not mind dying my GP100 holster.

Any ideas?

He doesn't say hpw he did it, or what he used. It looks real good though. He doesn't post here anymore, and I don't think he even visits. Maybe some one else will know.
