Hey, Danny, I can Play Now

:P

I want to get some GP100 grips for it though so it'll be easier to tuck into my waist band and keep hidden.

Stop it, I have other things I need to buy. You know, like gasoline, propane and food. BH, did you shoot it yet?

Re: Hey, Danny, I can Play Now

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'll be friends with, Danny even after I'm living in an empty refrigerator box behind Lowes.

Zippo I just picked it up. I'll try to shoot it tomorrow after work. Or at work.

Danny, I like the grips, but I want ones like you have on your 44. They will hide better when we walk the dogs.

Ya ,they look good but the ones that come on it are so nice, try them, I have put them on my 71/2” 480s, made it so nice to shoot them.

Re: Hey, Danny, I can Play Now

I only wanted the lanyard on the Redhawk for looks. I thought it would look cool. I don't want one on this gun. I don't think the 44 will kick too bad with the old GP100 grips. I shoot the Redhawk with the hard plastic BH grips and that's fine. I do like these stock grips though. They feel real good. They're just a little long.

I have been shooting 310gr lead out of all my 44mags and them grips make it so nice, but I took them off the 44 and put them on one of the 480s

Danny, made me do it, Tim. Kick him in the ding ding.

How's the 44 shoot with the GP grips on it, Danny? Shouldn't be too bad.

It’s not bad, I think you will be surprised at how nice it is to shoot, when you go out Friday take and shoot both your 44s, let me know what you think.

I took the Redhawk out last weekend. Shoots good and it goes bang every time I pull the trigger.

Re: Hey, Danny, I can Play Now

I'm going to try some stout loads once I get all set up for it. I have all the stuff, just have to empty the brass and then set up the dies.

Now if you do a lanyard you will have 2 strings to sort through when you have to pee.You will be shooting the gun in 2 the urinal and be getting arrested for pulling out the weasel while walking the dog. So thats why you went with stainless. :P

Re: Hey, Danny, I can Play Now

Sweet! How easy is it to conceal? I have always thought those Alaskan's were an interesting hybrid. I can't figure out if they are practical or not. If they are too big to conceal, you might as well carry the Redhawk. BUT, practicality aside, they rank way high on the Iwanttohaveonebecausetheyarecool factor.
