Marlin M-17 17 cal.

Started out with a old $50.00 Iver J. and in 3 trades i'm up to this. Like new exept for the after birth on the barrel..$.5 x 14 Simons with adj.end.

what did he do to the barrel? have cloth tape on it to protect it from rubbing in a gun rack and it caught moisture?

I just hope he didn't get his tape measure. I believe he was 1/4" below legal.

i had read that it was so close that it was more of a matter of cutting on the line instead of behind it...............

like 1/32"....................

but we may never know...............
