Custom Guns

My local gun pusher called me last week and had me stop by his shop. He had a woman come in and want to sell her husbands guns, he had passed away several months ago and she had no other family member that wanted them. She decided to keep the 1886 Winchester but dropped several others off, including a sporterized Mauser. This thing is Beautiful. And I'm not a big hunting rifle fan. Cuntom walnut stock with a silver plate with the makers name, and a custom barrel, with Titus 270 stamped on it. Some research on Titus shows he was a custom gunsmith from Heber, Utah that worked at several manufacturers and the gvmt arsenal during WWII. Wished I could afford the thing. It sure is pretty.
Anybody else have any nice custom built firearms?

Re: Custom Guns

My Custom guns are a Ruger # 1 that I had re-chambered to 30/06 a.i., the other Ruger had a new trigger installed. And I mounted Limbsavers on both...
