I carry an LCP in those type situations. 9.6 oz empty, and holds 7 .380s with the flush mag. and one in the pipe.

If I step outside the house I am carrying. Usually the S&W 642 in the front pocket or sometimes the NAA 22 mag.

Yep always carry a revolver & a knife. We live back off of the road & I've had unexpected visitors exploring what's in my yard.

Always have me EDC which in my P320 Sig 9mm and a couple of knives. I may down size to a Taurus 907 depending on the situation.

I've looked at several of those Cobras. A Remington size derringer is a perfect "low risk" carry, but I understand they're mostly zinc with steel barrel liners. If they did all stainless, I'd own one. The NAA revolvers are just too small, and Bonds are too big. American Derringer has all stainless, for the price of a 1911.....

TGR:
Can you unholster the NAA's with one hand? Did you use a hair dryer to get the Kydex to form? Looks like you modified some and put a BBL rest on it.

I used to have a Cobra derringer, good little gun, went bang every time. Just too many steps, we'll.... Two steps, safety and pulling the Spur back. I love my lcp, best 200 bucks I ever spent. Goes everywhere with me, the yard, church, the bathroom.... Couldn't imagine carrying anything bigger every day, but that's just me

Yes you can unholster it with 1 hand and it is fast . I put a nylon vac plug on the tip of barrel to keep dirt out and the air in front bullet will blow it off before bullet touches it . The holster keep the action dust free . I put the leather behind the holster to keep sweat away from gun .

Always the Kahr CW40. Flat, light, easy to carry in my IWB holster but serious power and accuracy. Seven rounds plus one extra magazine. If I'm dressed I am wearing this. Don't even notice it.

If I'm wearing old cloths for the treadmill I might have the LCP but that is in the garage, not outside. If I was working outside like painting the fence then I was wearing the Kahr.

How did you attach to the leather?

I was thinking of trying to make one from a sheet of Kydex and some leather . Just not sure if a hair dryer will be enough heat to make the Kydex form around it. Probably easier to purchase from the link and attach.

I punched 2 hole in leather to match the holster and ran the paracord thur it and took my glue gun and put a drop of glue on paracord to keep the leather from sliding up the cord .

NOTE ... The leather has form to my body after wearing it for only 3 mo

For yard work, I recently commandeered my wife's Ruger LCR .357. I filled it with rat shot and carry it in the back pocket of my jeans. I got tired of totin' the Judge.
(This is a factory picture 9mm....I can't find my dang camera......)
