You are right on about that beauty, with the exception that you can't buy it in 38 super which I prefer. As a mater of fact, I haven't seen any 38 supers advertised by Kimber. I did however get a 5" one just a few weeks ago from the dealer at the gun range.
Then just a note about the Ruger 101. I bought a 4" one that I like shooting. Great gun, just too big to carry.
I want to add a note about hammer-less guns: I am switch handed. I can shoot right or left handed. I seem to be more accurate with the right hand shoot.
But, Hammer-less causes me to pull off target. Right handed, I pull left and left handed I pull right. So, I do not but hammer-less guns of any style.

99% of the time I carry a Glock in 40SW , but I carry my 642 hammer- less as a BUG gun for me and I carry it a jacket pocket or a woman can in her purse and you can point it at the bad guy without brandishing it and shoot the gun dry without it getting jammed in the pocket or purse and NOT worry about hammer or slide getting caught on something .

I knew a gun shop owner named Jim, who wore a baggy cotton vest. He showed me his hammer-less 38 in his vest pocket. Whenever you went into his store you had to step on a beeper outside the front door. He always had his hand in his vest when I walked into the store. One day he said "I got one"....I asked what that meant. He said a bad guy came in pointing a gun at him, and ole Jim shot him just like the guy in the video. It would be a very good method of carry in close quarters, like when pumping gas. I may just grab my wife's LCR and carry it for awhile to see how I like it. Until then it will continue to be my Glock 30S on my hip. Thanks for the video tx.
