Marlin's Customer Service

Last Tuesday when we were out shooting the stock on my 1895 45/70 Guide Gun felt loose and checking it out closely noticed a hairline crack running back from the tang. I finally got around to calling Marlin on Thursday and after asking for the serial # the nice lady said they would send a replacement out.

The replacement stock came via UPS today, 5 days. THAT's good service so a Big ATTA BOY for Marlin.

That's good service. Bad service doesn't get any business far these days. Although a few of them will act stupid anyway.

No buisness is so big that it can do without the customer no matter who they are. Word of mouth use to be bad enough but its even worse now with the web.

...great news!!! Maybe Marlin's brushing up under Remington...they were pretty sloppy in quality there a year or two ago...a great old company...like Ruger....hope good times are ahead for them....
