Not a bad SD house rifle and decent brush gun

http://www.notpurfect.com/main/puma.html

It's a Rossi Puma in 454 Casull and it also takes 45 Colt. Use the Colts for social work and the Casull for hunting.

Nice ! May be a more realistic (affordable) alternative to my dream of the 1954 Winchester 94 30-30 I have my eyes on.

I like it very much. I am so enamored with my 357 lever from the same makers. It would be nice to have a longer ranged, harder hitting variety. Oh great, another gun to add to the list!

The lever action was the first 'assault rifle.' Just my observation.

I have always thought the same thing. As a matter of fact, if you lay a 94 Winchester down beside a M4 they are almost exactly the same length.
