Hello gang! Today is my first day here. I'm an old guy from the Midwest, just retired and enjoy shooting and reloading.

Howdy rman, I'm down here in Louisiana and wish I was retired. Maybe by the time I'm 70, LOL.
What kind of shooting and guns are you partial to?

I do quite a bit of shooting at a local indoor range. Don't have access to an outdoor range or I would do more rifle shooting. Mostly I shoot 1911s but also have some Ruger single actions I enjoy shooting.

Do you do any RVing? Do you plan to winter in the frozen north or head where it is warmer? My wife and I retired in 2003 and haven't regretted a minute of it. We have gone to both FL and TX for the winter and find TX less crowded so we have become "winter Texans".

Unfortunately I'm too poor to RV. I'll probably have to suffer the frozen tundra this Winter. I'd like to do Texas, but I don't think the wife could stand being away from our grandsons that long.
