Yes he did. I cut the foam to fit the gun when it got here. |

Wish he'd come back. My gun would love a cozy home like that. So, Deadeye put the foam inside and you did the cutout work? Is that hard to do without wrecking it? Mine is in the plastic Ruger box that they make for all their handguns. It doesn't fit well at all and definitely doesn't protect my precious. Basically, it's in a holster in my top nightstand drawer. No one should enter this room without an invitation. I do store it away when the kids are here though and the bullets are not anywhere near the gun. Accidents happen and kids are curious even when they know better. Anne's kids have been taught respect for guns and know how to handle them but not so for our other grandchldren. Shawn, is there a lock on that case? If not could one be put on? Okay, I'm all done now. |

There is no lock on it, but one could be put on. It would be ok for children, but and adult would open the box even with a small lock on it. Cutting the foam wasn't too hard. It's actually kind of a messy job that I did, but you can't tell in the pics. The Ruger box isn't real good for storing a gun. I put all my boxes away, and put the guns in the safe. Or wherever they belong. Such as the truck, my pocket, etc. You should keep your gun loaded and put in your night stand, or whereever you keep it, and then keep it loaded and put away on a high shelf, etc, where the kids are sure to not find it. An unloaded packed away gun is worthless, imo. A small safe that requiers a code or your finger print to open would work very well too. |

"We" need a safe. Rich has quite a few guns other than hand guns. Could be a nice bday gift for him in November. I'm sure Danny would again be glad to help me spend my money. Thanks for the advice Shawn. |

No problem, Natalie. And yes, I do believe that, Danny could help you spend your money quite well. He helps me spend mine and I'm half the country away from him. |

Tell us how many guns you have sir. Then give us the number of leathers that go with them... and knives. If you haven't taken inventory, you should. Probably own everything except a cannon cause that would be hard to hide. Btw, where is Johnny? He still think we're playing hide n' go seek? |
