slower than 296/ H110 / 4227. I see it is used in pistol like 357 max and .475 mag and rifle from 30-30 to 22 Hornet. 17 Ackley, M-1 30cal, 7.62x39 Russian. Seen in the Lee Book #2 a listing for 680 in 30 Carbine.
