...a divining rod...needs an extension cord....or maybe a chronometer...to measure bullet speed....maybe....you shoot between the brushes...or maybe an automatic primer pocket cleaner...we be in the same boat...haven't got a clue....

If you got that for $16.50, and it works, I would say you got a good deal on that case prep tool, think I have seen them for about $110.00 on the web.
