I got the H&R

I got the camo one because it's all they carried. I don't care though, because it'll be for hunting or target shooting anyway I guess. I want a 357 magnum barrel, and maybe the 7mm-08 or 243. It came with a 4-12 x 40mm scope. It's not a great one, but it'll work. The whole package was $289.

Re: I got the H&R

Yeah I forgot to post the caliber. It's a 223. The barrel is heavy as all hell.

Hey, Tim I saw a post from you on another site about the H&R from like 2006 last night while searching for info on them.

awesome, i like the camo stock. I have the .223 and i know what you mean....heavy son of a gun. It currently has a 7mm-08 barrel on it. Much easier to carry, my son uses it for deer hunting.

Did you have one of the barrels fitted or did you buy it with both? I can't decide if I want a 243 barrel or a 7mm-08.

That's what I'm going to try and do too. If I don't have much luck, I'll send in the reciever and get a few barrels all done at the same time.
