Found what I was looking for a Savage heavey barrel in 204 Ruger. $489.00 plus tax. Put it on lay a way and the money from jury duty over the next 3 months should just about pay for it. Already got $83.00 coming my way for it now, of course that will be a little short of what it cost to put it on lay a way. So my pocket change and can drive will have to pick up some of the slack this month. Already got a scope to put on it rings and bases. I will be putting a center fire scope on it from wally world. Seems like a nice little scope. Now I need to work on getting brass and dies for it, and work up a load for it. Dang my work is just never done. |

Savage makes a good rifle. I didn't know they were that pricey. I only find the cheap ones around here used. |

But your right Savages don't have a very good re-sale. Remingtons do but ya pay alot more for them to start with. Aw let me add this while I am at it bullets brass dies and ammo are on the way to me as we speak got that for $225.00dy V max bullets and Lee dies and a Sparten funnel for 20 cal. I am good now. |
