We picked up 2 Stevens 87 semi 22 at the sale. Well got home and both were jamming up and not firing. I looked them over,went took a Nap.Then got up and fixed them both. All has to do with the lifter spring + stop. Took some fine tuning but they both fire like new ones now. Ill get some pictures tomorrow out on the shooting bench. I bought the first 1 and sold it to Jim for a $10 profit before we got it to the truck.He also bought the second 1 too.I put a big gun monkey on his back.He is up to a average of 3 guns a week for the last 3 weeks. I had 4 guns of his on the work bench at 1 time today. He tells me i better get busy.  |
