but if my Mini 14 will keep shooting like this, I may have finally found a good one! Put an el-cheapo Tasco on it, got it sighted in, and shot this 10 shot group at a measured 100 yards with it. Like I said, it aint a tack driver by any stretch, but this is better than I have ever got any of the other 4 Minis I have owned to shoot. And, the shots don't drop on this one. That has always been my biggest complaint with one. I have probably shot 200 rounds or more through this thing since I bought it. Forgot how much fun they are!

Actually, it is 4 inches. The black dot I draw on the center so I can have something to aim at. They are Bianchi Cup targets. Been using them for years. The actual groups size is 3 inches. Like I said, it wont win any benchrest matches, but at 100 yards it should kill the zombies.

good group considering its a 10 shot group for the mini................the barrels do heat up on them.

just don't try to shoot groups with a mini 30...........unless its a one shot group

The new ones are supposed to be a lot better, and they look to be. The thicker barrels and better gas blocks seem to be working out. I think that one's a keeper, Tim.

If you take out that very bottom shot, which was the first shot, the group only measures 2 inches. With the bottom shot it opens up to 3.
