I have felt your pain. Been there done that also. Did you ever notice that when shooting from a table you feel more recoil than when shooting from a standing position.? Or it seems that way to me. |

SEE thats why he is in my shooting class.I seen his mistake but he wouldn't Lesion SO i kept getting bigger shotguns and hotter loads. HE KNOWS NOW !!!!! |

Well I think he better understands what you were telling him. I believe you have made your point and I doubt he will for get it too. |

Was your shoulder so sore you decided to mount the gun to your arm?? My Winchester 1300 with a rifled BBL only shoots one brand of slugs well. Fed Premium 3" saboted slugs. When I'm hunting no noticable recoil, when I bench it hang on. Takes disclipine squeezing when you know you're about to get pummelled but at over $2.00 apiece for slugs I force myself. |

Wow, Seating the butt of the rifle at the bicep instead of inside the shoulder. I'll bet that affects accuracy too. I can relate though. My biceps are starting to swell also! |
