So this week they get a wolfe spring kit and we are off to the range to get some tirger time. In may they go to the customer smith, and will be Rugers no more. |

But I have some time off coming up I am sure they can't hold out for ever. Taking picture well lets see that takes away from shootin and loading and of course breaking Rugers. I just don't see how I could fit picture takin in the program. Shawn on my right hand I have a messed up ring finger from a roping accident so I need the large grip frame to be able to shoot with my right hand. I love the Ruger Bisley grip frames as they really feel good in my hands and I can shooting better than the standard grips. I don't care for the plastic grips too smooth and the guns slip in my hands. Wood grips for me with checking is the way to go makes all the differance in the world. |

No matter who makes the weapon, let me test it and if it pass's me it will pass anything. All weapons need to work first time everytime. Lets face it folks some of us depend on weapons every day of our lives to keep us safe and secure. Thanks Shawn lol sheepdog you got to stop smelling sock man its going to rot y7our brain, well maybe not now that I think of it lol. |

...Snuffer...I've got some small experience through working a pawnshop with jewelers' rouge...it's a polishing paste that takes the patina off metal...I wonder if there's enough abrasive in it to wear in your revolvers without excessive wear...seems you could use it then clean it off later...a mildly abrasive paste would seem to save you a few thousand dry-firing cycles....

My shooting partener has said he took lessons from Chip Mc Cormick. I have no idea if he has or hasn't. Been known to spin the yawn a bit. But according to him Chic says 50 % live fire and 50 % dry fire. But working on your timing is everything from the start of the draw to the last round it all counts. I have gun butter inthem now pal, thanks for the help. |
