Single action, appears to be a 5 shot 32 rimfire. Was nickle plated. Found years ago under an old Blueberry shed a friend demollished wrapped in an old rag. Took a lot of soaking to get the rust off and out. The action actually works now but very pitted and all identification is destroyed. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I believe that it's very cool! I wonder why it was hidden? Probably used in a murder many years ago. Uh oh!

what ever it is.............it ought to make a nice display on the wall.......... It qualifies as some very nice nostalgic art work with some history.........perhaps a shadow box display with a copy of the picture/article about the gun/ammo. |

It looks like a 9 letter word followed by a 10 letter one but I'll have to check it out when I get home. Maybe I can work out some more of the rust out of the lettering, any ideas on a good solvent. I think origionally I dunked it in laquer thinner.

If it looks like this when it cleans up you might consider the possibility of a knock off. They sometimes used recognized names with one letter removed or added such as Derringers/ Deringers. Just a thought as it looks cheaply made in the photos though it is hard to tell) H&R did make a spur trigger, five shot, .32 but I have not found a picture.
