...these guys have been at it since at least the 70s...I've carried their stocks and they fit and feel good...might check 'em out...old Bill Jordan introduced them to me in his book...real wood and smooth or checkered available...custom or stock.... http://www.herrett-stocks.com/ |

...called him and he does make for SA...they're like the Trooper style featured...smooth or checkered...he has to have the frame to make them right..and is backed up...he's good at what he does...did 12 yrs on the Idaho State Patrol...you can follow up if you want...

They won't be cheap either . I have checkering tools you can borrow and go on line to find out how to do it . I've done a little checkering and when I'm done it looks like I used a CHAINSAW on my grips . |

Since I am going to get another Bisley as soon as I can I'll havewalnut and Rosewood. Super buy and great looking too boot. Thanks for all the help, TGR you and I have the same wood working style lol. |

Race guns or not I am thinking I am going to do pretty good at the match. |
