Cause nothing says silent and stealthy like a chain saw! It does fit you though. Anyone know the price? |

I don't know the price. The chainsaw for when I no longer need to be stealthy. |

I don't know if they are, for sure, on the market yet. I am seriously considering one. Molon Labe Kim |

Yeah but the chain saw adds a bit of class. I bet the arrows are expensive. |

Our modern crossbows are a far improvement over crossbows of yesteryear that you will find in military history. There is just no comparing them, as they are apples to oranges in differance. | |

I looked at crossbows a couple years ago and the Barnett had to have a new string every 200 shots, the Hortons they claimed would last a season. That combined with the high initial cost I said forget it as in NH the season runs concurrent with the firearms season for deer. I have bow hunted for many years and the last 4 years I have gotten a deer with a bow and nothing with a firearm. The Bow is a nasty weapon as it will pass thru a deer unless you catch the shoulder bone in which case it may break the bone but won't penetrate to the vitals. I once killed a deer that did not even know it had been shot. I shot and it zipped thru both lungs. She ran about 10 years to behind a bush and stopped and looked to see what the noise was. She stood there for what seemed like forever just looking in my general direction (I was in a tree stand) turned and walked 10 more yards and fell over. Never knew she had been hit. The 2" grouping at a 100 yards with a crossbow may be possible but not in my hands. |
