...well, the Supreme Court SAID that they didn't have to protect us...so, not being inside, and not knowing what was going on...they couldn't tell him the best thing to do....so a miracle happened...he used his own head....good man....good outcome...and, in Texas...no worry about frivolous lawsuits...
