I would say he was afraid for his life! Guess it's OK to have a gun just don't fire it. Surprised they didn't charge him with brandishing.

Why did they pick his house ???? and running outside with a AK47 and pointing at a gang instead of staying in the house and guard the door . He when outside with his AK to poke the bears and not waiting till the police got there . If I shoot 4 rds there would be 4 dead gangs members . |

...now I'm with you on making the rounds count...that's my philosophy...there's no such thing as a warning shot... ...I disagree on staying in the house waiting till they break in...Texas allows more aggressive defense than that and if you hide in the house and count on/wait on the police...you're screwed...but he had much cause to do more than poke at them...if you don't stop trouble where you first encounter it...in this case out in the yard...it's harder to stop later...he IS guilty of wastin' ammo... |

...scuze me...thought you were the guy who said staying in the house and guarding the door... ...better than repelling boarders is not having any to repel...with an AK in the yard, I think he could handle it pretty well so the door didn't need guarding...I think we just have a basic difference in mindsets here...nuff said... |
