I already have a ton of them. They are actually pretty good for being "cheap" ammo.

Yep, the Fed AM is also posted in their weekly Flyer, as a Saturday only special. When you consider free shipping, I think it's a decent price.

We have all we need, too. Interestingly, some of our Ruger semi autos hate the stuff, while some of our CZ bolt guns actually do very well with it.

I saw the flyer. I'm ten minutes from Gander, and did not bother with waking up early for it. I bought some in December at Sportsman's for $ 18, and Dick's sometimes has it for $ 19. I think $ 25 is gouging. I've been paying about that for Federal Value Packs and Champion bricks.

I've got six boxes of it, and it does okay in my guns. Maybe a touch dirtier than other Federal, I suppose because it's SV and different powder? I prefer Federal's other .22s.

Still shows in stock at 11:50 AM Eastern. I guess either they have a lot of it, or the price is slowing it down?

They are fairly good in my Henrys too. Not as good as Norma but fairly better than most other brands/types.

Is "fairly" soon quicker than very soon, or is it fairly quicker than very soon??

Gander still shows it in stock, at 3:15 pm. Is this a good omen?

Lots of BO's maybe?? It is a little unusual as it's free shipping even for 1 box.

Weird. The Occaisionally Better Half needed something close to Gander yesterday, Sunday. Just for fun I stopped by, first I've been there in a couple of months. It was 5 PM, and they still had over thirty boxes of AM. Over a hundred fifty round boxes of Federal Gold Medal for $ 4.99. A clerk said they sold a little over half the AM they'd gotten, since Saturday morning, and no one was waiting when they opened either. I didn't buy any.
