Got it in the mail yesterday. After taking it apart it seems like it has never been fired. It sparks well. I pooped several pans of powder. Goes off fast. I like the design that you can take the breach plug our real easy. Compared to the Lewis so far, the Lewis seems smaller and lighter. The Yazel is all steel. Yazel is 89 and hasn't made any for several years. This one is about 25 years old. These and the Lewis dominate the Nationals at Friendship ![]() Spark Test ![]() Last edited by Frizzen; 11-08-2014 at 11:44 AM. |

What I know at this point. Both triggers are Excellcent . Both have Bo-Mar sights. Lewis has a Green Mountain barrel, Yazel has a Rayl. If you like the feel of S & W handguns then you would like the Yazel. If you like pistols like the Ruger Mark lll , then you probably would like the feel of the Lewis. They are both Excellcent pistols. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Frizzen; 11-08-2014 at 11:03 PM. |

Can I ask why you are selling it?

It's because I can't hold it out to shoot it. It is all steel and is just too heavy for me. I can't see it just sitting in my safe. I'm 72 and can only shoot very light guns. My Lewis made is very light. Just getting too old. |
