Question .... That means anyone driving or visiting your state can carry concealed without a CCW too ???????
Not positive about your question but I would assume that anyone driving through any other state must comply with the laws of the state they are in. That being the case I would think that an individual traveling through Kansas could carry without a permit as long as they don't violate federal law, i.e. can't be under 18, can't be a felon, etc. Good question and I haven't looked it up but those are my thoughts.

When I had a CCW in Az and moved to Tenn they ask for mine back . It is not a legal CCW if you don't live in Az unless they change the law in Az . Did you send a change of address within the 30 days after your moving to Washington and they still left you keep it . I kept my Tn till I got my CCW Tx and then I sent it back to Tn .

Got my CCW I renew yesterday . It is now good to 1/25/2021 and that should be the last CCW I will ever need or get . I don't believe I will live that long before it expired . They used the same pic off my drivers lics and not off my old CCW . It was really painless . It took only 15 mins on line and a CC for payment and it took less then 30 days and it came in the mail .
My CCW in CA I had to renew every year and spend over a half a day jumping thur hoops at the county office in downtown San Diego and anytime I wanted carry a different gun it must be approved gun and I must go sheriff gun range and prove I can shoot it .

TGR:

Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and don't worry about tomorrow it'll be here before you know it and I suspect you'll still be there to greet it. Just remember the longer you live the bigger the pain in the a$$ you are for the government. Those thoughts alone should be good for another 10 years.

My breathing is real bad and keep me for doing anything , My body has a ton of ache and pains. I'm having trouble keeping my blood sugar low and I'm eating food I hate . This body is done and worn out and it is time for me to move on . I had a good life and would not change one thing I've done in life . I believe in the BIBLE and GOD and there is a here after . I wake up every morning and say OH $hit another day . So do not feel bad when I die . I'm looking forward to my new life in the 3rd earth Age with my new body and never age or gets sick .

TGR, you are not alone with your pain.
I just recently discovered that my heart was skipping a beat every 4 beats.
Five trips to several doctors and I learned that the top of my heart is not beating with the bottom and there is a leaking valve. My rate of Beats per minute are 107 at rest. This brings on the drug Metoporal that slows the BPM to around 80, but makes you feel like a truck hit you.
Weak is not the word. I find myself being very unstable too.
I am also experiencing problems carrying my range bag every Thursday when we go to shoot.
I'll be 74 this month and I am not too sure how much time I have left.
I've given thought to selling my collection of Henrys, Browning's, scopes, lasers and Kimber's.
I've stopped making reloads. My shooting partner has had several misfires with his reloads and I know he is careful. If he can make a mistake, where does that leave me.
Bad health comes on one quickly. It is for sure not fun!
I just recently did something I thought I would never do. I bought a S&W 380 with laser for concealed carry. It is small and light weight. I don't know how much protection it will give me unless I shoot in the throat area or between the legs . OH! that would have to hurt!

Duke University Hospital is ranked 6th in the country for heart hospitals. I would get an appointment with their leading cardiologist for a second opinion and see what they recommend. The other option is the Cleveland Clinic which is #1 and go there for a complete check and a second opinion. I developed A-Fib about 5 years ago and went to Mass General (#5) for a second opinion and had an appointment with the head of their A-Fib lab. He also is an assistant Professor at Harvard so felt I was getting the best advice in the area. He actually changed my treatment. All I am on is a blood thinner as the A-Fib doesn't affect my daily life. He talked about an ablation which would correct the A-Fib but said it wasn't necessary for me so why take the risks associated with the procedure. You have the insurance so when something goes awry get with the best.

I posted in the summer about our CCW renewal experience.

I love Missouri in that they keep making things better as far as the process of renewal & carrying..

We are now good for 5 years.
