Lcr makes a good back up or inclement weather gun, it is not to be seen until used. |

Late to the party, but I just joined and found this thread. Hello, Sightngrl !! I've missed your wit since I left the "other forum"..... ![]() I have the .357 for carry, and the .22 for practice and fun. I'm a bit of a dinosaur, so I barely live with the grip frames being plastic. At least the main frames are metal. I would like the .22 better if it's frame was stainless like the .357, and I'd like both better with a brushed finish instead of the black coatings. The .22's coating is more fragile than what's on the .357, and it's a royal pain cleaning around the forcing cone without scraping the coating. I do like the triggers. The .357's is the best I've ever felt on a snub. I got lucky with my .22 and got a good trigger. It seems to be only a couple pounds heavier than the .357. It was the best of three in the store, and better than any I tried after. |
