Range report

Went to the range after work on my Glock trigger . The Gen 4 trigger suck , So I put a Gen 3 trigger and bar in my gun cost $10 from Glock . Put a Ghost 3.5 connector $11.97 now I have a super trigger . The hot setup is to replace the Gen 4 dual spring with the Gen 3 single spring .

Here is the targets I shot and kept getting these flyers and the shots felt good . I shot 3 different loads of Unique with 180 TC cast bullet .

Came home took the gun apart and found the problem . The after market adapter that let you use Gen 3 spring and guild rod was hitting the barrel . I will send that turkey back and stick with the dual spring set up .

Thanks for the report and information. Great pictures by the way. I like it when the pictures tell a story.

Most people won't notice the different in the targets . So I will say 1 in 10,000 . I can normally call bad hots and when when I do my job and the bullet don't go where it was pointed there is a problem with gun or ammo . Since I loaded the ammo and tested the ammo 2 weeks earlier and everything was perfect then . I was testing the single spring and rod for accuracy and function over dual spring setup . So I looked at that guild rod setup super good and found the problem . Normally I would made my own adapter and caught it in the making of it but I don't have a lathe anymore . .

Great example of being a good enough shot to know when it's you or the gun. Also a matter of knowing what to expect from an individual gun.

Had to laugh when I read a post on one of the "other" forums about a guy who was getting 12" groups at 100 yards with his Ruger Super Blackhawk and asked if this was normal because he had heard they were good shooters. He was politely told by several shooters that it is perfectly normal for someone new to shooting handguns, which he was.

I'm the only one in the world having this problem . The bind happens when the barrel come out of battery and happens with both barrels the Glock and Lone Wolf . The thumbnail is stock spring .

I redesigned the adapter I got from them . I not going to post a pic of the mod I did but if there is a ever market for it . I could sell my design because it is real trick and I'm to old and lazy to get a patent for it .
