Yea I didn't realize at first this is an older thread. The Ruger I'm sure has a good home.
That's a great looking contender. I don't usually go for that style, I love my SA revolvers, but that's a very well set-up contender that has a look I really like! I like my SAs with the open sights but I think I could learn to love that set up with the scope, Red dot scope on it ?

I purchased this Ruger 'High Gloss', .32 H&R Single Six back in March of 2011. It has the standard grip, ILO of the shortened one, and the Catalog No. is KSSM-4F.

Those are sometimes called Bay Vaqueros. They made a few in 22 LR, too. Very difficult to find guns, so you did well, indeed. Saw one like yours about 5 years, ago, and passed it up. Big mistake.

These days. my Single Seven in 327 mag takes care of all of my 32 H&R shooting, but still gives me the option of stepping up in power to the 327. One of my favorite Rugers, ever.
