I had the 9mm speed six for a few years and last year I thought I wanted to collect all 3. Late last year I found the service six in the same LGS as the other, though under new ownership. Nice fellas that try to be helpful. Monday Mrs. Clean had to get a root canal so we had to drive by the LGS on the way home and we stopped for a look around and the security six was laying there in the case. The first two shoot well enough, I have only put one .357 through the security six, but, was impressed enough to expect it will be a good shooter. The National Forest here has published a 120 day ban on tgt shooting; so, I will have to find a new location. |

Seems to me there's a lot of that "root canal" going around lately. ![]() ![]() Great looking set of handguns. ![]() |

Ned, why would they close the forest to target shooting? Is this something they do on a regular basis?

It is just complicated, since 120 day closure will be well into the hunting season and hunting is not to be affected. So, if ya shoot was it hunting or at a tgt? Most if not all of the Forest here is designated Game Lands in agreements with the Fed and State. Last edited by Nutty Ned; 07-14-2015 at 05:18 PM. | |

Nice trio. I prefer to shoot at designated ranges but would shoot in the forest if it wasn't so far.

Our forests, up here, never get so dry as to become a serious fire danger. Lots of water just beneath the surface, even when it doesn't rain for a long time.
