My hunting day are done . I can't walk longer then 5 mins and I still have alot of hunting guns left .

white tail, Black tail, or mule deer around me I rifle hunt with a old Winchester.

The last deer I got was about 4 yrs ago in Tn with my flinter . ![]() And the 3 before that was with my Rossi in 44-40 ![]() |

Deer with a Flint lock? that's cool, that Rossi looks nice did you restock it? never saw such nice wood on a Rossi, all the ones I have looked at were some kind of mystery wood stained to look like Walnut.

Those Rossi don't come with wood like that any more, since it never jamed they most have copied the Winchester original design real well, I have never had a Winchester ever jam on me, you do real nice work refinishing stocks.

I was a gunsmith and I slick this one up for SASS/CAS matches over 15 years ago . Every match I when to I would bring 1 or 2 Rossi home to sllck up and a few Vaquero's also . .
