I never had much interest in the AR type rifle before I went into the Marine Corps, and since that time I have owned quite a few of them.

The first one is a Rock River uppered Stag I used to have, it was my patrol rifle when I was an LEO. These are early pictures when she was still a DI gun. Not too long after these pictures were taken I had an Adams Arms piston conversion installed as well as a free float hand guard.

Due to the restrictions placed on the use of optics as a city police officer, I had to trade the 4X32 ACOG for a 3.5X35 model later.

next up is a barely pre-ban Colt I bought after returning from OIF in August of 2003.

When I bought her, she was new in the box, that changed quickly.........

I used this rifle in stock configuration to stay proficient so I could shoot Expert at the range when it came time for the yearly rifle qual.

In the pictures here, she has non-fiber optic back up 4X32 ACOG on her, and a BETA C-MAG.

And last, was a true oddity for me, a civilian rifle, lol.

I found this Remington Model 721 in 06' at a local pawn shop. She wasnt in bad condition, but needed some TLC and I was in search of a project, so I took her home.

I can post a thread on her rehabilitation if you guys want, but I'll just post after pictures here.

Without her final scope base and glass mounted......

Her final configuration

I used her as a partial trade to my gunsmith so I know she has a good home
