I order this Dec 17 from my local gun shop and got it yesterday . It was suppose to be my Christmas present to myself . It got lost in the storm in Mass so they told me which I think was BS . Now I have 2 coach gun 1 of them will be up for sale in about a month or 2 , I don't need 2 . I never shot or tried a hammer gun and always like the look of them and it fit in good with my SASS/CAS guns .. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by tx gun runner; 01-09-2014 at 03:53 AM. |

They do look cool, in a very old timey way. Unforutnatley, I don't have a coach, so really have no need for a coach gun.

Is your 1100 a 12 or 20? More interested in that Encore rifle, even though I will likely sell or trade the 308 barrel.

You did right to scope up that 308 barrel, TX. Not interested in the barrel, so no prob. I'm still trying to hold the line on the number of cartridges I am shooting and reloading and the last thing I need is to add another cartridge to the pile. If anything, I should be cutting back. The 357 Max, though, is one I will always shoot. Love that cartridge. Thanks for the offer on the 1100, but not something I need. A 20, maybe and only maybe, but definitely not a 12. I'm hoping this 308 turnout to be a real shooter . If I was going to keep it which I won't and it super shooter I would put a high dollar scope on it and not a cheap Tasco . ![]() |

question to the educated and experienced, found an old timer who has an 1893 shot gun/ rifle combo. it is a Remington & sons Mfg. on the weapon. does any one know what caliber the rifle side is? The shot gun side is clearly marked 10 Ga. thank you for the knowledge. johnson
