No it is 5 shot in 22LR ... The barrel is too short for mag . Here is some other models they make .

The 31 was a kit gun I put together in the 70's and is easier to hide and carry then a J frame SW. Since it black powder it is not a firearm and remember you can carry it loaded for 100 years and black powder is only corrosive after you fire the gun . BP is sold and stored in tin cans for none believers and if it get wet you can let the sun dry it out and it is good as new . Smokeless powder if you get it wet it is junk and need to be trashed .
